Just a quick note for anyone updating this list (although I'll try to keep on top of it), I have called "Team One" the team to the left as we view the picture, i.e. the team to Julian's right hand side, and I've put the names in the order from the centre outwards. As it becomes clearer if there are regular rounds or anything I'll add further info about that but please do add or correct anything I've missed (the mnemonics are from memory, hope they're right!).
