[edit] Merger proposal

I proposed to merge Boulder Highway into Nevada State Route 582. Most of the text in the two articles is similar, yet the Nevada State Route article is more developed. Also, I don't think Boulder Highway is quite notable enough to warrant its own article, except for the fact that it formerly carried routings of multiple US highways (a fact also covered by the state route article). Merging is not unreasonable, however the two names are used to cover different stretchs of the road. I'm not sure what solution is best. Also the Boulder Highway main is clearly the most common name and not using that name for the article would be a mistake in my opinion. The road may be notable in that it was the main entry to Henderson for many years. Vegaswikian (talk) 03:58, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
