Neville Tuli is an Indian writer, art connoisseur and founder member of the annual Osian's Cinefan Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema[1] in New Delhi, India. The son of a pharmacist, Tuli was born and brought up in England. He lived in London for 32 years before moving to India. In 2000, Tuli set up Osian Foundation, India's first art auction house, which has produced art catalogues that have spurred an interest in Indian art around the world.

Neville studied Economic Theory at St Catherine's College, Oxford and Economics and Finance at the prestigious London School of Economics.

Tuli sponsored Delhi's all-Asian Osian Cinefan Festival for the first time in 2004. The niche festival was organised for six years, prior to 2004, by Aruna Vasudev.
