The Honourable Justice Neville John Owen was appointed as a judge to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, which is the highest ranking court in the Australian State of Western Australia. He serves in the Court of Appeals Division.
From 2001 through 2003, Owen headed HIH Insurance Royal Commission.
