Never Say Die (book)

Never Say Die is a non-fictional book written by Jack Hawkins, a colonel in World War II. It was first published in 1961 by The Learning Crew. The story is about Hawkins' experiences as a prisoner of war in Japanese prison camps. After he escapes from a camp, he gets involved in guerilla activity with the Filipinos and finally is rescued by an American submarine headed for Australia.
