State Route 756 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Nevada, running along Centervile Road from State Route 206 intersecting State Route 88 at Centerville and continuing to U.S. Route 395 at Gardnerville.
Until the 1976 renumbering, SR 756 was State Route 56. That route was defined by 1937.[2]
