State Route 289 is a state highway in the city of Winnemucca, Humboldt County, Nevada, USA. The southern terminus of the route is at Interstate 80/U.S. Route 95 exit 173 southwest of Winnemucca. The northern terminus is at State Route 795 north of Winnemucca.
Between exit 173 and State Route 794 in downtown Winnemucca, SR 289 is cosigned with Business Loop 80.
