State Route 207 or the Kingsbury Grade is an 11.2 mile (18 km)road in Douglas County, Nevada that connects U.S. Route 50 at Lake Tahoe in Stateline, Nevada and State Route 206 in the Carson Valley. It runs uphill from Lake Tahoe through Kingsbury, Nevada and then down an escarpment to the Carson Valley floor where it intersects with State Route 206 (Foothill Road) and continues along Mottsville Lane to State Route 88.
