Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It doesn't not compete with the artists' purpose for the album cover (CD albums sales).
2. It is a low resolution copy of a CD Album cover.
3. It is only the front cover and not the back or inserts.
4. It helps the article in making the album in the article identifiable
5. It is significant because it helps identify which artwork belongs to the album since there is several revisions for limited editions and otherwise.
