Network Rail Route Utilisation Strategies

Network Rail has an obligation, transferred from the abolished Strategic Rail Authority, to produce Rail Utilisation Strategies[1] (RUS). As of late May 2008, 8 had been published and a further 11 were at an earlier stage.
