Netani Talei (born 19 March 1983) is a fijian international rugby union player. He currently plays for Worcester Warriors in the Guinness Premiership. He plays as a number eight or a flanker.
Warriors snapped up Fiji international Netani Talei during the summer, from Doncaster. The giant back row, who has won nine caps for his country, signed a one-year deal at Sixways, with an option for an extension.
The powerful loose forward, represented Fiji Under-21s in 2004 and made his full debut against the Junior All Blacks in June last year. He was in action at the 2007 Rugby World Cup in France with Fiji before joining up with Warriors.
In March 2008, Worcester opted to extend Talei's contract and he signed a new two-year deal which will keep him at Sixways until 2010.
