[edit] A little about me

I am a fan of things like old video games (Especially NES and Sega Genesis), David Cronenberg films (Mainly pre-Naked Lunch, but Existenz and A History of Violence I like too), Joe Dante films, John Carpenter films, Chuck Norris, extreme criticism of B-movies trying to persuade people that Troll 2 is the worst film ever, The Cure, Pink Floyd, Rush, other "old" rock and alternative rock bands as well (Just too many to list), VHS tapes (DVD's just don't seem right to me), old logos on those tapes, and the best TV show ever made, Mystery Science Theater 3000.

  • Shocker (April 1990) Has Universal Florida ad (Spring 1990 variation, which is odd) with the 1980 copyright and the stay tuned variation of the 1983 MCA Home Video logo. MPAA screen and trailer for Serpent and the Rainbow at the end. Probably the last MCA Home Video release.
  • Silver Bullet (1986) Has 1984 copyright and cuts to Paramount logo.
  • Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers (November 1988) Has 1984 Embassy warning with the Nelson logo.

  • Top Gun (January(?) 1987) Has a Diet Pepsi commercial with planes (Unsurprisingly) with the 1984 Paramount warning. This tape is weird because it has the 75th Anniversary logo only at the beginning, but has the older Paramount logo at the end with the 75th Anniversary logo after. These 75th Anniversary tapes are very weird since the Friday the 13th VI is different.
