This article sounds more like a screed about human rights issues in the country, rather than about the organization itself. Rewriting it would not only lend more credence to the article, but also help assert the notability of the subject beyond simple Google hits and a reference that doesn't even mention the organization. --Kinu t/c 07:32, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
