Nestor Capoeira

Nestor Capoeira is a contemporary capoeira master. Though his first teacher was Mestre Leopoldina, he trained for the majority of his career under Rio de Janeiro's Senzala group.
Nestor Capoeira is a prolific author of capoeira books, and is well known amongst English-speaking capoeira practitioners. These include the Little Capoeira Book, Roots of the Dance-Fight-Game, and most recently, A Street-Smart Song.
