Neroscent Ozmone aka Nero has acquired his sharingan eye by ripping it from a dead Uchiha and performing a surgery operation.

Nero has only the left of his eyes a sharingan.

Nero went through hard and constant training allowing him to use his sharingan more efficiently.

Nero managed to obtain the level 3 sharingan by sacrificing his own vision.Without using the sharingan Nero left eye is in a close to blind thesis.

With the yin yang he can use powerful genjutsu techniques,one of them is the infamous "Mental pain transfer" in which he transfers mental pain from the users mind to his opponent making the opponent mind to collapse.

To activate a genjutsu Nero only needs to think of it,no eye contact is required.

Nero is the only alive sharingan user who has a level 3 sharingan.
