On 14 June 2007, IP editor 202.51.76.234 deleted the Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya library from the "Culture" section of this template. The Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya library was added to the template on 28 September 2006 by Joelr31 with the remark: "adding topics removed from main article". As I see it, this template is used as a topically organized see also reference for users on article related to Nepal. If the library is notable, which I do not know, then I see no reason why it shouldn't be in the template. If the library is not notable, then the appropriate procedure is AfD, not deletion from the template without discussion. On this restricted basis, I have restored the library to the template. Any editor challenging the notability of the Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya library is encourged to do so using the AfD procedure.   --Bejnar 14:40, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
