Talk:Nepiophilia

"as well than" I haven't read the sources. I'm not sure how to correct the sentence. --Gbleem 09:48, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
- It's supposed to read as that there's more opposite-sex nepiophilia than same-sex nepiophilia, while nepiophilia in general is very rare compared even to paedophilia. Paedophilia in turn seems to statistically tend towards same-sex terms, other than nepiophilia (note: we're talking about conscious desires, orientations, self-identifications here, not acts).
- On another issue related to self-identifications vs. acts (so I might clear that up as well), it might not be too surprising at first that only 5% of people having committed adult-child sex activities (and I mean children, not babies or toddlers) self-identify as paedophiles considering the severe social consequences related to such a label (which seems to have devolved into nothing but a popular concept of a mischievous enemy of all mankind during the latter half of the 20th century, in a similar fashion as had been the case with homosexuality for millennia before that), however the oft-heard folk tales about "denial" in 95% of offenders or more are far from likely as the obvious behavioural and mental differences between situational offenders and self-identified paedophilies are just too copious and significant to ignore (see pedophilia for a preliminary brief glimpse on that, much more international Western sources on that ought to be added there, they only will have to be translated to English first). --Tlatosmd 23:46, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Vandalism by the IP 155.198.202.27 ("fascist content")
As for the phrasing used by the anonymous IP 155.198.202.27 ("fascist content"), I'd like to make them aware of how much their phrasing was in very bad taste, especially so in regard of the novellization of German Penal Code (Reichsstrafgesetzbuch, or RStGB for short) section 176 in 1941 by Reich's Minister of Justice Franz Gürtner as ordered by direct Führerbefehl from Hitler himself, legislating that from that year on, while teleiophile homosexuals caught the first time could always walk out of Nazi courts unharmed by making a simple oath to "never do it again", the only way out of concenctration camps left for child molesters turned out to be the chimney that they went through within an hour of their arrival in any of the camps (source: Jellonnek, Burkhard (1990): Homosexuelle unter dem Hakenkreuz, Schöningh, ISBN 3506774824). That's right, we have no written evidence such as personally signed orders, only eye-witness testimonies that Hitler wanted to exterminate all Jews, but we do have written evidence that he personally wanted all child molesters slain. --Tlatosmd 05:01, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
