Neptune High School is a comprehensive, four-year community public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Neptune Township, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Neptune Township Schools. Neptune Township Schools is one of New Jersey's 31 Abbott Districts.
As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,580 students and 84.5 classroom teachers (on a FTE basis, for a student-teacher ratio of 18.7.[1]

The Neptune High School Scarlet Fliers compete in the Shore Conference, an athletic conference made up of private and public high schools centered at the Northern Jersey Shore.[2] All schools in this conference are located within Monmouth County and Ocean County. The league operates under the jurisdiction of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA).
They recently made it to their first appearance in the NJSIAA State Tournament in 12 years.[citation needed] Bob Huzzy was the 2007 coach of the year in the Shore Conference.
The basketball team won the 2001 Central Jersey Group III sectional championship with a 56-52 win against Middletown High School South.[3]

- Nate Ramsey, football player, safety and cornerback who played for the Philadelphia Eagles for most of his 11-year NFL career (1963-1973).[7]
