NEPOMUK (framework)

NEPOMUK, or Networked Environment for Personalized, Ontology-based Management of Unified Knowledge, is an open-source software specification that is concerned with the development of a Social Semantic desktop.

Currently, the first project that will make use of NEPOMUK is NEPOMUK-KDE, which is featured as one of the newer technologies in KDE 4.
