My name is Chris Purcell. I am currently a resident of Coppell, TX and am a full-time student at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am entering my Junior year and am majoring in Government & Politics. I am a former candidate for the Coppell ISD School Board, Place 5[1].

Among the innumerable interests that I have, I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies, spending time with friends & family, and of course, POLITICS. Those who know me well understand that I have a penchant for debating political, judicial, and social issues.

Wikipedia, by its nature, has a tremendous capacity to provide information to many individuals regardless of their location. Because I believe that the contribution to education, in any form, is of vital importance to the progress of humanity, it is my stated objective to provide whatever services I can to improve Wikipedia. Though I cannot spend as much time as I would like researching material and publishing it on Wikipedia, I will revise articles and add new ones when time allows.

I understand that all of us have unique opinions and perspectives regarding a variety of issues. However, I will pledge to provide information that is un-biased, objective, and comprehensive. If you want my opinion, you are free to ask for it in a forum that will not compromise the integrity of this service.
