Neodythemis preussi is a species of dragonfly in family Libellulidae. It is found in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, Uganda, and Zambia. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
