Nemesis Inferno is a steel inverted roller coaster, themed around an erupting tropical volcano, in the Thorpe Park amusement park in Surrey, England. It was fabricated by Bolliger & Mabillard of Switzerland.

The ride begins with a small drop into a misty volcano, and then goes into the lift hill. When it has reached the top, it makes a large swooping drop before going straight into a vertical loop. This is immediately followed by a zero-G roll and then swoops back into two interlocking corkscrews, followed by two banked turns, before finally going into a brake run.

There are many similarities between Nemesis Inferno and Nemesis at Alton Towers [1] and also Batman:The Ride which John Wardley (designer of Nemesis and Nemesis Inferno) mentioned that he based the ride on[citation needed]. On the final helix, riders experience a powerful 4.5 g.

Nemesis Inferno is the only inverted roller coaster to feature a set of interlocking corkscrews and it also has the longest pre-lift section (from the station to the lift) of any Bolliger & Mabillard coaster in the world.[citation needed]
