Parappa is a village in the kasaragod district of Kerala. The main attractions of this village are Kareem forest park (the only man made forest in the state), Abhayagiri hill-related with God Ayyappa, Pallathumala-highest mount in the Kasaragod district and rain forest Malurkayam. Parappa Talil Temple is the very old Shiva Temple which was managed earlier by Nileshwar Thamburan Regime. Edathode is the neighboring village. Parappa is a growing village of Kasaragod District in the Hill side area.
