Neka (Persian: نکا) is a small city in Mazandaran province of Iran, located 20 kilometres east of Sari in Iran. It is noted for its natural spa and is one of tourist places of Mazandaran.
It is also noted for the execution in 2004 of 16-year-old Atefah Sahaaleh, who after suffering multiple rapes was hung from a crane by Haji Rezai, a local judge.
