Neisser Bent (born August 7, 1976) is a former international backstroke swimmer from Cuba, who participated in two consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1996. At his Olympic debut in Atlanta, Georgia he won the bronze medal in the Men's 100 m backstroke, just behind fellow countryman Rodolfo Falcon.
