Neil Taylor (born 7 February 1989 in St Asaph) is a Welsh footballer who plays in defence for Wrexham. He is regarded as a bright prospect at the club and has also played for Wales at several youth levels.[1]

Taylor came up through the youth system at Wrexham[1] and signed a professional contract in July 2007.[2] He broke into the first-team at Wrexham during the 2007–08 season when he made 27 league and cup appearances.[3] He signed an extension to his contract in March 2008, keeping him at Wrexham until 2010.[4]
