Neil Mukesh (Hindi: नील मुकेश, Urdu: نیل مُکیش, pronunciation: /niːl mʊkeɪʃ/ / born 15 January 1982) also known as Neil Nitin Mukesh and Neil Mathur is a Bollywood actor. He is the son of singer Nitin Mukesh and the grandson of the late noted singer Mukesh. His name Neil was suggested by Lata Mangeshkar and is based on Neil Armstrong.

As a child he made brief appearances in Vijay (1988) and Jaise Karni Waise Bharni (1989)
He made his movie debut with the 2007 Sriram Raghavan directed crime thriller Johnny Gaddaar. He received good reviews for his role of Vikram, the main protagonist.[1] [2] Though the movie did not do well at the box-office, his acting was appreciated. A reviewer noted that he has made a good move by not being afraid of taking on a negative role.[3]. His next film is Sudhir Mishra's Tera Kya Hoga Johnny.
