Neil Caradus McLeod (born September 14, 1952 in Whangarei) is a former field hockey player from New Zealand, who was a member of the national team that won the golden medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.
Like reserve goalie Les Wilson, McLeod was not awarded a gold medal in 1976 because he did not actually take part in the field during the tournament. He has been a stalwart contributor to hockey in Northland. He and his brother Ross McLeod were the backbone of the Northland team for many years. His younger brother Grant McLeod also played in the New Zealand Men's Hockey Team for many years, including Olympic Games experiences.
