Neil Kelleher

Neil W. Kelleher is a former mayor of Troy, New York. He was elected to the New York State Assembly in 1966, serving 13 terms. He was appointed to the New York State Board of Elections in 1998.[1]
Kelleher is a United States Navy combat veteran, having served in the South Pacific during WWII.
Kelleher's son, Neil J. Kelleher, is the chairman of the Rensselaer County Legislature.[2]
