Neil Alan Foster (born May 6, 1962, Colchester, Essex) is a former English cricketer who played in 29 Tests and 48 ODIs from 1983 to 1993. He played for Essex from 1980 to 1993, earning his county cap in 1983. He was a fast bowler.

His highest score of 39 was made against Australia in the 4th test of the 1989 Ashes series. During the test an England rebel tour to South Africa was announced, where he was one of the touring party. After being banned for three years with the rest of the rebels, he was recalled in 1993 for The Ashes test at Lords but decided to retire a week later.
