Neil Hamilton Dewar (born November 11, 1908 in Lochgilphead, Argyllshire - ??? ) was a Scottish footballer who played as a forward.

Dewar began his professional career at Third Lanark in 1929 and scored 124 goals over four seasons, helping them to the Second Division title in 1930-31. Third Lanark made a significant impact in the First Division the following season, finishing in fourth place and Dewar's form was rewarded with three Scotland caps. He played in a 3-0 defeat to England in April 1932 and scored a hat-trick in a 3-1 win over France the following month. He was also on the scoresheet in what transpired to be his final Scotland appearance, a 5-2 defeat to Wales October 1932.

He was signed by Manchester United in February 1933 where he scored 14 goals in 36 games before moving to Sheffield Wednesday in December. He remained at Hillsborough until July 1937 before returning to Third Lanark. He retired at around 1940.
