Nehruism was the political ideology of Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister. It was a liberal idealistic type of fabianist socialism. It basically ended as a de facto existing political system after Nehru's death, since even its descendents in politics didn't followed this model for more authoritary or moderate un-socialist shapes.
