Neha hails from Delhi.After the movie Chiruta there was rumors that she secretly married her Chiruta co star Ram Charan Teja but Ram Charan denied it.

She made her entry into the films through a Telugu film Chirutha, starred opposite Ram Charan Teja (Son of Telugu Megastar Chiranjeevi). Chirutha is debut movie for both Neha Sharma and Ram Charan Teja. The movie was released on September 28,2007 and did good business in spite of mixed reviews but it didn't reach expectations. Neha Sharma got good recognition for her dance skills, acting & beauty in the movie.It has been confirmed that she will be doing another movie by the name of "Jandapai Kapiraju" with Krishna Vamsi as the director and Manchu Vishnu Vardhan Babu as the hero.The latest news for Jendapai Kapiraju is that Tarun has replaced Vishnu due to some creative problems and Neha is also replaced with someone else.
