Neha rose to fame with her first soap opera, "Kaisa yeh Pyar hai" (KYPH), where she was paired opposite Iqbal Khan. She gained popularity as the singing sensation "Kripa" played by her in KYPH. She is currently a part of a serial called Maayka. On December 6, 2007, She was married to Rishi Zaveri,a businessman.

She had a guest appearance in Star Plus superhit soap Kavyanjali.
