The Negros Cave Frog (Platymantis spelaea) is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, caves, and subterranean habitats (other than caves). It is threatened by habitat loss.
