I think this image is of fair use because I think this image illustrates the characters of Negima!? and the difference of the character design as opposed to the original design given by Ken Akamatsu in Negima!: Magister Negi Magi. This image is uploaded in Animepaper (link above) and is of course the characters are copyrighted by the original author of the original work. Furthermore, I can't find a good free image that will replace this one.
