This is a screenshot of the character Albert Chamomile from the live-action adaptation of Negima!: Magister Negi Magi.

I believe that this image is in fair use to be used in the Characters of Negima article as an illustration of the said character in the said adaptation. The image size has also been reduced from the original image taken to ensure low resolution. This particular image cannot be replicated in a free-image condition setting and there is no free image alternative to this one.
