Neftekamsk (Russian: Нефтека́мск) is a city in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It is located at around .
The town covers the territory of around 143 sq. km. It is situated next to the river Kama, 200 km away from Ufa. The town borders on Krasnokamskiy and Yanaulskiy districts of Bashkortostan. A road network connects the town to Ufa, Birsk, Yanaul, Agidel, Oktyabrsky, Izhevsk, Perm, Kazan. The nearest railway station is located in Amzya - a subdivision of the town 15 km away. Besides there is Neftekamsk Airport.
The population is 128,957 (2007 est.)[1]; 122,290 (2002 Census) and the town comes the fourth in population in Bashkortostan after Ufa, Sterlitamak and Salavat. An average age of dwellers is 37. People of 49 nationalities live here.[1]
Neftekamsk is a large industrial and cultural center of the north-west of Bashkortostan.
