Neded (Hungarian: Negyed) is a village and municipality in Šaľa District, in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1113.

The village lies at an altitude of 112 metres and covers an area of 36.009 km². It has a population of about 3,100 people.

The village is about 63% Magyar, 31% Slovak and 6% Romany.
