Ned Frischman is a fictional character in the Disney cartoon Dave the Barbarian. He is voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz
He is the stereotypical nerd. He works at a pants factory in the year 1994. He gains a radioactive zipper which 12 strange things in a row happened to it (which are all parodies of how some of the most famous superheroes got their superpowers). Which grants him the power to travel through time.
He uses to travel back into time to attempt conquering the world by using the advanced technology of the future, such as the Game Guy (a parody of a Game Boy), and an old fashioned joke book, both plans of which were thwarted by Dave and his family.
