Nectomys is a genus of rodent in the Cricetidae family. It contains the following species:
- Western Amazonian Nectomys (Nectomys apicalis)
- Magdalena Nectomys (Nectomys magdalenae)
- Trinidad Water Rat (Nectomys palmipes)
- Small-footed Bristly Mouse (Nectomys rattus)
- Scaly-footed Water Rat (Nectomys squamipes)
