Necklace Road

Necklace road is a popular boulevard that lies on the other side of the Hussain Sagar lake, linking the IMAX theatre and Sanjivaiah park. The road from Sanjivaiah park connects to the Tankbund road which inturn connects to the IMAX in a circle. Finally the Neckalce road combined with Tankbund road resembles the shape of a heart, in the midst lies the lake Hussain Sagar.
This has become the-place-to-be for the Hyderabadis in the evenings. This strip provides a scenic atmosphere with lush lawns and long rows of flower beds. People's plaza is an open area located here used for parties and concerts. The Beach volleyball court present close by is a famous venue with international teams playing here.
Popular restaurants are located on this strip to satisfy the famished soul. Water front and Eat street are popular providing a variety of fast foods, and different cuisines as well as giving a good scenic view of the lake. The latest addition to this strip is the Jal-a-Vihar, a mini water world designed to soothe your senses.
