Nebraska Highway 88 is a highway in northwestern Nebraska. It has a western terminus at the Wyoming border to the northwest of Harrisburg. Its eastern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Highway 385 and Nebraska Highway 92 in Bridgeport.

Nebraska Highway 88 begins as a continuation of WY 151 at the Wyoming border northwest of Harrisburg. It heads in an easterly direction where it will meet NE 71 and run concurrently southward for about 4 miles. The highway then turns to the east again, passing through the unincorporated area of Redington. Further ahead, NE 88 turns northward towards Bridgeport. In Bridgeport, the highway will terminate at an intersection with US 385 and NE 92.
