Nebraska Highway 58 is a highway in Nebraska. It has a length of 53 miles. Much of the route lies near the Loup River. The western terminus is at an intersection with Nebraska Highway 70 east of Arcadia. The eastern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Highway 281 south of St. Paul.

Nebraska Highway 58 begins near Arcadia at Nebraska Highway 70. It goes south to Loup City, where it intersects Nebraska Highway 92. The two highways run east concurrently through Loup City and intersect Nebraska Highway 10. Highway 58 then turns southeasterly and in Rockville, intersects Nebraska Highway 68. Highway 58 then turns more easterly to enter Boelus, after which it intersects Nebraska Highway 11. It turns northeast with Highway 11 to go through Dannebrog, then turns east to end near St. Libory at U.S. 281.
