Nebraska Highway 250 is a highway in northwestern Nebraska. It has a southern terminus at Nebraska Highway 2 east of Ellsworth. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Highway 20 in Rushville.

Nebraska Highway 250 begins at an intersection with NE 2 in the unincorporated area of Lakeside, which is east of Ellsworth. It makes its way in a northward direction, making various turns along the way. There are no intersecting routes or points of interest along this highway. At its northern point, it enters Rushville where it terminates with US 20.
