[edit] Chronology

Why are we capping Near Eastern Archaeology off at 612CE? I think there are plenty of good reasons to include post-612 periods in this definition. For example, professional journals dedicated to publishing Near Eastern research (e.g. Levant, Palestine Exploration Fund, Near Eastern Archaeology Magazine, etc.) do not discriminate. Any thoughts? If not, I will change in a few days. Bporter615 23:42, 22 April 2007 (UTC)bporter615
