Nearşova (Hungarian: Nyárszó) is a village located in the Apuseni Mountains in Transylvania, Romania.

The village lies in Cluj county, on the border with Salaj county, and it is renown for its beautiful scenery and cultural artefacts. It is part of Izvoru Crişului commune and has a population of 163 people (2002).
