Nea Krini

Nea Krini (Greek: Νέα Κρήνη, English: Νew Crene) is a suburb of Thessaloniki and belongs to the municipality of Kalamaria. It is considered among the best districts of the city. Many local footballers, basketball players and singers live in Nea Krini. The beach near Mikra Sports Center is often called Miami, because there is a luxurious restaurant called "Miami" in the area.

In Nea Krini there are two major neighbouring football clubs, AEN ((Greek: Αθλητική Ένωση Νέας Κρήνης, English: Athletic Union of New Crene) and Agios Georgios (Greek: Αθλητική Ένωση Αγίου Γεωργίου, English:Saint George's Athletic).
