Hi Beland, the legend will be placed on the primary map (Image:East-Hem_400ad.jpg) soon, as I've been updating all of the maps to include legends and other information. To answer your question, Blue on this map is for Germanic nations, Green is for Iranian nations, and black is for everyone else (except the Romans, whom I have in Red).
