ne0h is an Canadian hacker, who made mass media attention in 1999 with his affiliations with the hacker group globalhell[1], and was featured in Kevin Mitnick's book The Art of Intrusion[2] and Tom Parker's book Cyber Adversary Characterization: Auditing the Hacker Mind[3]
ne0h was reported to have been employed by a Pakistani Terrorist with Al-Quida connections, in order to steal student information from a Chinese University, comparable to MIT, India's Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, and SIPRNET, the U.S. Department of Defense's Data Network.
Though the true identity of ne0h is not known, he was the dictator and front runner of most of globalhell's major attacks.
